A minimum of a three night stay is required for all reservations. A 50% down-payment is required for confirmation of all reservations. Guidelines for refunds and other rental rules will be provided to you at the time of your reservation. Full payment of your stay must be made three (3) months before your arrival. Mastercard, Visa and bank issued checks are acceptable forms of payment.
 

Rates will depend on high or low season and on length of stay and include the listed amenities:

a refrigerator with freezer, full size electronic ignition gas stove with oven, microwave, kitchen counter with double sink, toaster, electric coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, ironing board, hair dryer, dining table and chairs, other seating furniture, free internet access and a once per week housekeeping. (More frequent housekeeping is available for an additional fee).

We reserve the right to adjust the rates listed above without notice. We therefore encourage you to verify the rates at the time of your reservation. Rates for longer term rental are negotiable and depend on individual circumstances.
